1. Appointment & Booking
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
- All bookings are subject to therapist availability.
- Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
- Ocean Thai Spa reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unavoidable circumstances.
2. Arrival Policy
- Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without any reduction in service charges.
- Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation charges.
- Promotional bookings may be non-refundable.
4. Payment
- Payment must be completed before or immediately after the service.
- We accept Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and other approved digital payment methods.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Health Information
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, injuries, pregnancy, or skin conditions before the treatment.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions.

7. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards therapists and staff.
- Any inappropriate, abusive, offensive, or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
- Ocean Thai Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest displaying unacceptable behavior.
8. Age Requirement
- Guests must be 18 years or older to receive spa treatments unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and where the treatment is appropriate.
9. Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Ocean Thai Spa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
10. Gift Vouchers & Memberships
- Gift vouchers and memberships are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expired vouchers will not be extended unless stated otherwise.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable unless specifically mentioned.
11. Promotional Offers
- Discounts, promotional packages, and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Ocean Thai Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers without prior notice.
12. Hygiene & Safety
- Ocean Thai Spa maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Guests are expected to follow all hygiene and safety instructions provided by the spa staff.

- Ocean Thai Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Guests voluntarily choose to receive treatments after providing accurate health information.
